This isn’t the first time that Finland has pitched a rocking curveball to Eurovision. Last time, it turned out pretty damn great, in the form of Lordi. Diversity is served not only by Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät’s band members, looking to raise awareness for those with Down’s Syndrome: do the band deserve to make to the final for the musical variety they bring to this year’s Contest? Yes. Is this something that will take them into the top ten? Probably not.

Hello Europe, it’s Camilla calling! Here are the points from the House of Apcar vote.

Finland: 3 points.

According to my own personal preference, I have awarded points to all 40 acts entering this year’s contest, with four countries receiving each set of points used by the EBU (12, 10, and 8-1).
